Horizon Homes is proud to provide customers other qualityconstruction services through our Additions & Renovations Division.  This Division is managed by the same group of professionals responsible for the Homebuilding Division, ensuring the same level of commitment, quality and service that all Horizon customers have come to expect.  We are a Class A licensed contractor with the Commonwealth of Virginia.  We carry both General Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance as required by law.

Expanding or renovating your home or office can be a sound investment, typically giving the property a much higher resale value.  It can also be a more economical solution than building or purchasing a new home.  Sunrooms, screen porches, kitchen and bath remodeling, garages and in-law suites are just a sample of the types of projects we can undertake.  If you already have a set of plans, we can work with your architect to make sure you achieve all your design goals, as well as meet all applicable building code requirements.  No plans…..no problem.  Simply bring us your ideas and we’ll take care of the rest!  We’ll meet with you and give you a detailed estimate all free of charge.

The successful partnership we’ve built with our vendors and subcontractors through our Homebuilding Division has allowed us to offer the same competitive pricing to our Addition & Renovation Division customers.  Now there’s no reason not to start that new screen porch or kitchen remodel!
